- If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Database Terms and Conditions
- Use of Halare software is based on the terms of the software license in effect for the software at the time of purchase or installation.
- You will be asked to agree to the terms of the applicable license at the time that you install the software.
- Your purchase is subject to the particular license that accompanies the software and you must agree to the terms and conditions of that license when you install the software. Be certain to read the applicable license carefully before you install the software.
