Plupper

Plupper is a widget for including Live Chat and Feedback onto your website using Jabber. Since it is supported by Jabber, you can simply use your Jabber client and there is no need for another application or for your to log in to a web interface.

The service is fully scalable with three paid plans as well as a free version limited to a single operator. To start with you can get a free account for one operator, and if you are happy and your requirements increase, you can add additional operators at a low cost per operator.

This module allows you to integrate the service and place it in any module position. So there is no need to amend your template or mess with any code. Simply open an account with Plupper and enter your details in the module.

This module only integrates the button into Joomla. It does not control the look and rendering of the chat window. This is controlled by the Plupper account.
